17  Hosting of particulars of cancelled certificates of registration

For the purposes of sub-section (8) of section 22 the Commissioner shall host on the department’s website the particulars of dealers whose registration has been cancelled in the following form:-

Name and address of the dealer

Name of the Proprietor / Manger / Partner / Director

Registration number

Date of effect of cancellation of registration
