Withdrawal of Application filed under section 241. – (1) An application under clause (a) or clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 241 of the Act, shall not be withdrawn without the leave of the Tribunal. (2) An Application for withdrawal under sub-rule (1) shall be filed in the Form NCLT-9. |
