86. Summons for direction

(a) Where a petition is presented, an application shall, in every case, be made by alongwith summons in Form No. 19 to the Member for directions as to the advertisement of the petition, the notices to be served and the proceedings to be taken.
(b) The petition shall be posted for hearing before the Member at the next sitting, and the Member may make such orders
