17. Fee

      (1)    The following fees shall be paid:-

 

(a)  On a memorandum of appeal against any order passed under the Act, filed before an Appellate Authority.

             Rs. 2.50

(b)      On a second appeal to the Appellate Tribunal.

 5 per cent of the amount in dispute calculated to the nearest rupee subject to the minimum of Rs.5 and the maximum of Rs. 100.

 

    (2)  The fees payable under sub-rule (1) shall be paid in court fee stamps.
